A system nobody’s manager will open is a second database, not a replacement.

Access demos fail when they start with every role. Start with the person who has to approve leave or a hire.
If that manager will not open the file, the sheet stays. The product page already says a person still checks a decision before it counts.
Bring the name of that role to the walkthrough. The hour is for whether they can see the request without a forward.
