Who this site is
This is the marketing website for Vita HR Software, presented by VITA. It is not the HR application. It does not hold your employee database.

What the forms collect
The demo form collects your name, work email, phone, company, country, an employee-count range, and an optional message. The careers form collects your name, email, phone, city, a note about the work you want, and an optional CV. Both require a confirmation that you have read this notice.

Why
Demo details are used to prepare a walkthrough. Career details are an expression of interest. There is no vacancy list. We do not sell the contents of either form.

Where it goes
When email delivery is connected, the form is sent to the inbox the client names. A CV is attached to that message and is not published on the website. Until that inbox exists, this preview validates the form and does not store the file.

Tags
The site is built to load one Google Tag Manager container, and only when an ID is provided. Analytics and the Meta Pixel, if used, are configured inside that container so they are not installed twice. Tag Manager stays off when no ID is set.

How long
Keep demo and career messages only as long as you need to answer them or to meet a legal hold. Set the retention with the client before launch. This draft does not invent a number of months.
