A demo of “AI” that starts with a prompt library is the wrong hour. Start with the sentence you already type to a colleague.
Who is out this week. Who joined. Which request is still sitting with a manager. Those are file questions. They do not need a cleaned export first.
Bring one of those sentences to the walkthrough. If the answer has to leave the record to be true, that is the note you take away.
The product page already names the path: you ask in plain language, and the answer comes from the file. This post does not add a feature. It names the habit.
